HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our printing company ships for us, so it takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order. Depending on which shipping method you've selected, please add this time to your delivery wait time. A tracking number is always provided when your order gets shipped. Please be sure to check your spam box or the correct spelling of your email you might have used on the order if you have not received a tracking notification after 1 week.

THE ITEM IS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to the fact that once an item gets printed, we are paying the printing company direct to do the job as well as prepare your package for shipment. Please take your time and email us questions if you are uncertain about a style or size, we are more than happy to help you out!

I ORDRED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items as these printed garments are not in our possession. We use a printing company that prints direct for us and they handle all of our distribution and we pay them direct for this.

WHAT IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO DISCUSS ISSUES?

We do not have a direct number for the merch site. The number posted is my Managers personal phone number and unfortunately, this number is not to be used to call with site or ordering issues. However, you may email us at Lbesanson@verizon.net and you will receive a response within 24 hours. Any telephone calls will not be answered. We will soon work on a direct merch site number soon!
